| Property description: CHARMING. Designed and built by Phil Bradley in 1972. Located in the meadow with ocean view, this home is just a short walk from Shell Beach. Comfortable furnishings are grouped around a large fireplace in the living room. The home is light and cheerful. Walls are whitewashed wood. Floors are carpeted. The entry courtyard is beautifully landscaped. There is also a separate cottage adjacent to the courtyard with a queen size bed and a bathroom. After a few days in this relaxing atmosphere, you will really feel like you have had a vacation! However, if you must remain "connected" the home features wireless broadband at no charge. The owner permits up to 2 pets to join you, but requests that you never leave them alone at the home.
