| Property description: Great family home. Will permit up to 6 adults and 4 children. The design
of this home, by Paul Hamilton, can best be described as 'original Sea
Ranch'. It was built in 1972. About 3000 square feet. Wood construction
with a sod roof, exposed aggregate floors surrounding a protected
courtyard. The fireplace is huge with an inside barbecue at the back.
Unusual stone shower in the master bath. 2 pets are allowed. NO
CATS.Shell Beach and the children's playground are only about a block away.
