| The rents listed below represent normal low-season rates including taxes and after departure cleaning. Some homes have variable rates based on the number of occupants. All rates are 10% higher during the months of July and August and during Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Holidays. | Property description: "The owners designed this home with families in mind. The bedrooms
are downstairs in family suites with a queen bedroom, bunkroom and
bath on each side. The upstairs is an open floor plan with a large kitchen
and dining area. A highchair is provided. The spa is in
an enclosed section of the deck. Just a short walk away is Shell Beach
which has easy access even for small children and the children's
playground is just around the corner."
