| The rents listed below represent normal low-season rates including taxes and after departure cleaning. Some homes have variable rates based on the number of occupants. All rates are 10% higher during the months of July and August and during Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Holidays. | Property description: This spacious home is near the north recreation center. The kitchen is
large and well equipped. Open floorplan living/dining area with stone
fireplace. The two king bedrooms are at opposite ends of the home for
privacy. The double bed is in a small bedroom off the family room where
the pool table is located. The bunks are in an attic room which is
accessed by a spiral staircase. Kids love it! There are nice decks for
outside enjoyment.
