| Property description: "PEACEFUL. Designed by David Byrens and completed in 1980. The
interior was finished from insulation out by two women! 1360 square feet
with open floorplan living/dining/kitchen area with aggregate floors and a
large fireplace to supplement the electric heat. Unusual redwood
paneling. Lots of windows looking out toward the ocean. Television is on
cable and includes a VCR. Stereo offers FM Radio, Cassette and CD
Players. Kitchen includes a microwave. There is a small patio at the rear
of the home. Very near tidepools and seal sanctuary. This home is quite
comfortable. No BBQ's permitted."
